Instructions for poster presentations
There will be poster sessions from 2:30 to 4:45 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. Poster boards will be set up with numbers on each board. Please consult the schedule of poster presentations where you will find your assigned day and poster board number. Your poster should be designed to fit in an area [46-inches (117-cm) wide by 36-inches (92-cm) high], as illustrated in this diagram. Please set up your poster after 8:00am and before 12:00 noon on your assigned day. Velcro strips will be provided at each poster board to attach your poster. (Pins or sticky tape must not be used.) Please take down your poster by 17:00 on the day of your presentation; otherwise, it will removed and discarded.
Instructions for Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are 35+5 (40 total), 25+5 (30 total) and 17+3 (20 total) minutes for plenary, invited and oral contributed talks, respectively. Please respect your allotted time so that sessions can remain on schedule. To avoid intruding on your speaking time or that of the person who follows you, all talks will be installed on a common PC computer at least 10 minutes before the start of a session. An Apple computer will NOT be available for this purpose. Please provide your electronic presentation on a USB memory stick to the computer operator well before the start of your session. A laser pointer will be available in each of the session rooms.
A side room will be available for practicing your talk using your own computer and ensuring compatibility of content.
Guidelines for Publishing your paper in the proceedings
Everyone who attends the conference and presents a poster or makes an oral presentation may be submit a paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Follow this link for information on how to prepare your paper for publication and submit.
