Travel Grant Request

Travel Grant Application deadline has passed; please contact us at sces 2010@newmexicoconsortium.org if extenuating circumstances prevented you from applying before the deadline.

The NMC will provide a limited number of travel grants to cover registration fees and travel to Santa Fe for the conference for students and researchers who could not otherwise attend. Travel Grants are awarded based on merit and need. Preference is given to individuals presenting talks or posters at the conference. Travel Grants may include a registration fee waiver and/or $500 for travel expenses. Exceptions may be possible under compelling circumstances; please detail your need in your request.

The deadline for Travel Grant requests is April 1, 2010. We will respond by April 10, 2010. If you intend to attend under a Travel Grant, you must register by the Early Registration deadline (April 15, 2010).

If you receive a travel grant, you will receive a check when you check-in at the conference. You make all your own travel arrangements.
